Costa Rica Surf and Sup brings together surfing and stand-up paddleboarding in the warm waters of Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. Led by instructor Audrey, the school is known for its patient, passionate teaching style and strong focus on pedagogy — helping beginners and intermediates alike feel genuine progress in a safe environment. Classes are available in both English and Spanish, and the school accommodates groups of varying sizes and experience levels.
